The Unique Plastecowood Recycling Process

How we source our input material

We approach waste management companies who separate and segregate waste. We acquire this waste from them, they then deliver it and we reprocess the waste into super durable Smartawood™ products.

Our carbon neutral process recycles the plastic

We aim to be as carbon neutral as possible; not only do our recycled Smartawood™ products have a positive impact on the environment, but our manufacturing process is sustainable too.

Our skilled team transforms the lumber into beautiful products

Waste plastic is extruded into moulds. Here, our skilled team work their magic and create highly durable, hygienic and ecological outdoor products.
